Return and Refund Policy

At Saint Mavrk, we strive to provide the best customer experience and stand behind the quality of our products. Our return and refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

We offer a lifetime quality guarantee on all of our products. If a product is damaged, customers can send it back to us for inspection. After assessing the item, if we determine a replacement is necessary, we will send a new product. If the original product is no longer available, we will provide a replacement of equal value.

Please note: Products received as part of the lifetime warranty cannot be returned for a monetary refund.

Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product for a refund. To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

• The product must include the original packaging, tags, and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning a product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different size, provided the product is returned in its original condition with proof of purchase. Please contact us at support@saintmavrk.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized products.

• Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Disputes

If a customer disagrees with our assessment of the product’s condition or eligibility for return, they may contact us at support@saintmavrk.com we will work with the customer to resolve the matter fairly.
